We bought our beautiful boys, Gus and Otis from Tammy. . The process was so easy and the boys where delivered to us in NH. I was worried about buying two puppies sight unseen, other than their pictures, but after speaking with Tammy, my worries where out to rest. Our two Mastiffs have incredible temperaments, even our Veterinarian commented on how sweet and gentle the boys are. Tammy has selected for temperament and breeds beautiful family dogs. I had been looking and researching for awhile when I came across Spencer’s Shady Grove. The pictures of the puppies were different than others, there were children playing with the puppies and the puppies were inside. Most of the other pictures I had seen were all in barns or sheds and kept outside. I could tell that Tammy loves each puppy and they’re all part of the family. From the first phone call Tammy was very kind and understanding. When I picked up my puppy she was inside with Tammy with papers all ready. She was very prepared and professional. My son asked a ton of questions and she saws very patient. I couldn’t believe how big Lola was as a puppy. She had no problems from a vet standpoint, as Tammy had her checked over. I also wanted to verify with my vet who did not find any concerns. Lola has already been started in potty training by Tammy, so the process was very easy when we incorporated bells. Lola is 3 now and loves to snuggle, fetch, nap, and go on hikes. She is a perfect blend of activity and laziness. Through the last 3 years I have stayed in contact with Tammy who happily answers any questions that may arise. My family and I purchased an English Mastiff from Spencer Shady Grove Kennel 3 years ago and to say we are happy with our choice is an understatement. Our guy is now 3 years old. He is well mannered and just the sweetest dog. I think this has a lot to do with Tammy and the hand raising that they do. He is the best that we have ever had. He is 200lb and wants to be a lap dog. I am happy to recommend Tammy Spencer and Spencer’s Shady Grove Kennel. We have have had a wonderful experience with them. We chose a Mastiff puppy from their site. From the moment Tammy marked Hannah as our puppy, she’s helped us every step of the way. This was our first Mastiff, and she taught us so much that we made a smooth transition into being Mastiff parents. We lived several states away, and the transport was arranged through Spencer’s. It went smoothly. Our puppy arrived healthy, happy and gorgeous. She’s had no health issues even to date. It is obvious that Spencer’s puppies are well cared for and loved. We have had the BEST experience with Spencer's Shady Grove Kennel. We got out brindle baby Gus and he is wonderful I worked closely with Tammy to ensure he arrived safely at my door, any time I've had questions or wanted to update her with his world she has been great! My husband and i purchased a female fawn from Tammy at Spencer Shady Grove Kennel last year and we could not be happier with our little girl. She was 10 weeks when we got her and she is now 11 months and thriving. She is full of energy and healthy with a brilliant personality. I credit this to the environment she was born in to and raised for her first few weeks. Tammy does an incredible job with the puppies and by time you bring your baby home they are well adjusted. This was our first boxer and we didn't really know what to expect but she makes for an amazing family pet and loves her humans....sometimes a bit too much at the dog park :). She's great with other dogs but will guard her mamma if someone new comes to the house.

She's doing great! Potty trained within the first week pretty much, and she learned how to sit and shake. She did chew threw her metal crate and still tries to eat rocks though. Don't know how to stop that. She is doing awesome!! Best dog I have ever had. I took baby Weebo to a family festival last night at one of our local farms to get a pumpkin. They had music, lots of people with there dogs and kids. He got in a good amount of socialization and had a blast. He only had an issue with a shady pregnant goat that didn't seem to fond of him. Lol He is growing beautifully and is well over 100 pounds now. Happiest boy ever:) Next weekend we are taking him camping and to see the Charlies Daniel band for a benefit concert for Veteran's. He loves being around people and getting attention:) I do not mind at all if you post our pictures. I also wouldn't mind you posting my email for references. Just want to Thank you helping us get our beautiful female boxer Zoey! From start to finish Tammy is a pure professional and a great person to deal with. She took care of everything! She arranged her flight to Minnesota, she had all her papers and microchip information with her. Along with health check ups and vaccinations. Mr Magnum is 9 months old and last weigh in was a little over 125, he is on a calcium supplement of low fat cottage cheese (and loves it) for his rapid growing legs and large chest!♡ vet is quite proud of his growth and healthy structure! Roux is so smart, sweet, and loves to please us. He's very spoiled but also trained. He's about to swim, he's been in the water since we first got him, we know he can swim...but he gets nervous. I am writing in regards to Zippy. He is doing so wonderful here in Rhode Island, but I must tell you we did change his name to Rex. (Rex was a name we had identified for the dog we choose when we first started looking, but I must say "Zippy" would have fit him much better:) He is very quick and enjoys running all around our home. He is such a joy to have and there is never a dull moment here when Rex is around. Everywhere we go people comment on his beautiful coloring as well as him just simply being adorable.

Today we celebrated Roxie's first birthday! You may remember her better as Daisy, from Duke & Dolly Ann My daughter told me a few months ago that she wanted to send Roxie's original mom and dad some photos on her birthday. He is doing sit, down, up, sit and stay, leave it/take it, shaking hands and heeling pretty well on my left side. No potty accidents in a long time and has learned to ring a set if sleigh bells we hung next to the door when he wants out. Also goes to kennel on command and without command when he sees we are getting ready for bed. You are doing a great job breeding for smart and temperament.
